Subject	Idle Adjustment Screw Will Not Turn

Message	Hello guys, My Z idles at about 1100 RPM after giving my throttle bodies the Rob Z treatment to flow more (my RPM also jumps around between shifts for a second before settling back down as well) I looked online and found that adjust the screw near the back of the engine by the brake booster changes the idle but the screw won't turn at all. Do I just need to get a new unit or is there something I'm missing? Thanks!
